  • Oversee vendor commitments are being performed
  • Such as photographer not missing any special moment
  • Coordinate wait staff, servers, clean-up crew, and scullery as needed
  • Making sure all of your wedding requests are in order
  • Accommodate and ensure the comfort of your family and guests
  • Ease the bride and groom into there first dance, cake cutting, garter toss, bouquet toss, etc.
  • Cue DJ/MC [entertainment] in keeping the wedding on schedule
  • Provide guests with pins for the bride & groom dollar dance, if requested
  • Supply you with a keepsake cake box designed for safe freezer storage
  • Supply you with a zipper garment bag for your gown if changing into a second dress
  • Decorate guest book table or portrait frame signage accordingly
  • Layout of placecards with escort table design
  • Distribution of presents, decors, favors, and incidental items
  • Gather and pack all of your precious items and gifts
  • Arrange for gifts and items to be taken to room or designated vehicle
  • Final payment disbursements to vendors
  • Design table with wedding color candy or snacks for guests to bag take-home treats
